Mental Health & Inner Development Fellowship
for Founders, Creators & High Functioning Professionals
Entrepreneurship in the modern day requires people behind it to make numerous sacrifices, deal with friction & battle mental health issues. Building a company, managing a team, and navigating the constantly changing world outside demands monastic stillness on the inside.
Kaula (tribe) is a transformative protocol designed to enrich the mental health and well-being of founders. It unites the science of mind, body, and soul within an intimate, cohort-style culture. This unique framework marries the clinical rigour of psychotherapy and the practical edge of longevity science with the profound depth of ancient wisdom.

Expected Outcomes
A clear, honest baseline. Founders begin to see the patterns they have been operating from — the loops, the masks, the unspoken weight.
Early relief from chronic activation. Sleep stabilises, decision noise drops, and the language for what's actually happening inside becomes more precise.
Identity shifts begin to land. The founder starts to separate self-worth from company performance and recognises the inner monastery as real territory.
A durable inner operating system. Founders leave with a personalised practice, a buddy for the long arc, and a community that speaks the same language.
Therapy works one-to-one on your psychology. A mastermind works on your business. This cohort integrates both — clinical psychotherapy, ancient contemplative practice, peer community, and a body protocol — held in a container of 12 founders for 8 weeks. The unit of work is not the company or the symptom, it is the operator across the long arc of a career.
Plan for 3–5 hours a week: one 1:1 therapy session, one cohort workshop, light daily body-protocol practice, and a buddy check-in. The retreat in weeks 5–6 is an immersive 48 hours of strategic boredom — intentionally hard for high-activation founders, and the structural turning point of the program.
Absolutely. All 1:1 therapy is clinically confidential. Cohort sessions are governed by an explicit confidentiality contract, signed at intake. Nothing about your company, your numbers, or your inner work leaves the room.
No. In fact, the program is most useful for founders who are not in crisis but recognise the early-warning signals — chronic burnout, decision fatigue, displaced self, toxic optimism — and want to build the inner infrastructure before they harden into a breakdown.
Twelve founders, carefully curated for stage and intent. Small enough for genuine depth, large enough for real community. You walk away with a buddy you can call at any hour and a peer group that continues long after the formal program ends.
Pricing is confirmed at the intake conversation, calibrated to the cohort format and the included 1:1 therapy hours. The first conversation is free and there is no obligation to continue.
