Monks in Marketplace is a lab dedicated to one question: how do we support the inner world of creators, entrepreneurs, and high-functioning professionals who are shaping the world? We thrive at the intersection of ancient wisdom, modern science, and philosophy — with a mission to reduce the mental health frictions that get in the way of people driven to make this world a better place.

Founded by Shashi Gopinath, who spent two decades building entrepreneurship ecosystems across three continents and supporting over 2000 founders along the way, that journey revealed one uncomfortable truth — the inner world crisis amongst our most driven visionaries is not a personal problem. It is a civilisational one.

The lab operates out of Bangalore and Berlin, and works with people across the world.
